Playa del Carmen, Q. Roo — As part of the directive from municipal president Estefanía Mercado to support children and youth through sports, the Inter Playa del Carmen social and sports club has distributed free game and training uniforms to its youth academy teams.

The club's president, Rodrigo Cordova, and the youth academy coordinator, Nahum Ramos, presented the new kits to the Sub-11, Sub-13, Sub-15, Sub-17, and women's teams. This is the same uniform worn by the club's teams competing in the professional Third Division (TDP) and Premier League.

"For our municipal president, Estefanía Mercado, sports are a priority, and at Inter Playa del Carmen, all of our players are important, and even more so our youth academy. Defend these colors with pride," Cordova Rocha emphasized to the children and youth of the club. He also took the time to listen to and converse with the players' parents.

The distribution of these free uniforms continues the commitment of the current board to provide completely free sports training to its youth academy players.

Following the event, all categories held their training sessions on the field of the "Mario Villanueva Madrid" stadium, also experiencing the significant opportunity to practice where the first team trains.

The training sessions were led by their respective technical staffs, comprised of Nicolás Buentello (Sub-11), Ricardo López and Miguel Poot (Sub-13), Alfonso Mora (Sub-15), Hugo Álvarez and Cristian Madrigal (Sub-17), and María José Parada (women's team).
