Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — Xenses Park, one of the most original entertainment attractions in Quintana Roo, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with a focus on imagination, perception, and sensory interaction.

Francisco Alvarado López, brand manager of Xenses, highlighted that over the past decade the park has distinguished itself from traditional theme parks by offering a unique experience that invites visitors to step out of their routine and enjoy moments of surprise, fun, and creativity.

“Xenses is a place where nothing is what it seems. It is a celebration of imagination and of all the people who, during this decade, have had experiences that are hard to explain but easy to remember,” Alvarado said in an interview.

The executive noted that the park is an ideal option for both tourists and Quintana Roo residents, as it can be explored in about five or six hours and is designed to be enjoyed at any pace without requiring special physical fitness.

A Different Experience

Key attractions include the Route of Feeling and the Route of Doing, two tours that allow visitors to explore sensory experiences and activities that challenge perception. The first features spaces like the Sensatorium, where the senses take center stage, while the second includes more dynamic attractions such as Bird Flight and the Village, one of the most photographed spots in the park for its visual effects and perspective games.

Alvarado said the essence of Xenses lies in awakening curiosity and generating moments of wonder on every tour.

Locals Invited to Rediscover the Park

For its anniversary, the park is offering special discounts for residents, representing about 50% off the entrance fee. Alvarado noted that locals often postpone visiting nearby attractions, so this anniversary is an opportunity to discover or rediscover the experience.

“Those who don’t know it will have a great time, and those who came a few years ago will find a different way to experience the park,” he said.

Hours and Operation

Xenses operates Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays. Activities run from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Regarding Xenses Insomnia, the nighttime version that previously operated, Alvarado clarified that it is currently not available, though the park continues to offer its regular daytime experience.

Information on hours, promotions, and resident discounts is available through the official Grupo Xcaret platform.
