Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — In a high-impact operation, agents from the State Attorney General’s Office, in coordination with the National Guard and Municipal Police, raided three properties in Playa del Carmen, seizing suspected narcotics, loaded magazines, and metal cartridges of various calibers. The direct strike against drug trafficking followed court-issued search warrants authorized by a control judge.

Strategic Raids Across Key Locations

The raids were conducted at strategic points across the municipality: Navarrete Street in the Residencial Marsella subdivision, Monte Sinaí Street in the Bosque Real neighborhood, and finally at the intersection of Avenida Solidaridad and Avenida La Estrella in Palma Bambú Etapa III.

Inside the properties, authorities confiscated dried vegetation resembling marijuana, loaded magazines, and cartridges reportedly exclusive to organized crime. The operations were executed with tactical precision, involving no gunfire but yielding alarming findings: evidence of criminal activity directly linked to drug trafficking and potential weapons stockpiling.

Properties Secured, Evidence Submitted
