SEDETUS Presents Digital Tools to Cancun Real Estate Sector
Cancun, Quintana Roo — The Quintana Roo Secretariat of Sustainable Urban and Territorial Development (SEDETUS) held a working session with members of the Mexican Association of the Real Estate Industry (AMII) Cancun chapter to present digital tools developed to modernize and streamline sector procedures.
Gabriela Peña, SEDETUS director of Real Estate Affairs, led the meeting and showcased the platforms and technological solutions available to facilitate real estate management in the state.
During the session, officials also announced two professional training programs set to launch in the first week of July: a Diploma in Professional Real Estate Marketing and a Diploma in Condominium Administration, aimed at industry professionals.
The initiatives are designed to strengthen professionalization in the state’s real estate market and increase legal certainty and confidence among investors and the general public.
SEDETUS has recently pursued a strategy of outreach to private sector stakeholders involved in urban development and housing, aligned with the territorial planning goals of the Government of Quintana Roo.
