Los Dos Carnales to Headline ‘Duelo de Acordeones’ in Cancun in 2026

Los Dos Carnales performing on stage with accordion and bajo sexto

Cancun, Quintana Roo — Mexican norteño band Los Dos Carnales will headline the “Duelo de Acordeones” concert at the Plaza de Toros Cancun on Friday, November 13, 2026, sharing the stage with Cardenales de Nuevo León and Los Invasores de Nuevo León.

The event, subtitled “Defendiendo la Vieja Escuela” (Defending the Old School), marks the first time this concept comes to Cancun. Organizers expect approximately five hours of live music, blending classic songs with current hits popular on digital platforms and national stages.

Los Dos Carnales represent a new generation of norteño music, bringing traditional accordion and bajo sexto sounds to younger audiences. Their set will include emblematic songs such as “Belleza de Cantina,” “Mi Cómplice,” “Laurita Garza,” “Mi Casa Nueva,” and “Caballo Prieto Azabache,” along with their own recent successes.

The concert brings together the long-established careers of Cardenales de Nuevo León and Los Invasores de Nuevo León with the rising popularity of Los Dos Carnales.

Tickets go on sale Monday at 11:00 a.m. through Boletea and authorized points of sale.
