Isla Mujeres Invites Families to Children’s Day Festival in Continental Zone

Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo — The Isla Mujeres municipal government, led by Mayor Atenea Gómez Ricalde, is inviting families to a Children’s Day festival in the continental zone on Thursday, April 30.

The event will take place at 5:30 p.m. at Plaza Ejidatarios, featuring games, recreational activities, and surprises for children. The celebration is organized through the municipal DIF (Family Development System).

Gómez Ricalde reiterated her commitment to the well-being of the island’s children, promoting events that foster family togetherness and healthy development.

The festival is part of the city’s efforts to create an inclusive community where children can grow up happy, safe, and with opportunities for full development.
