If Mexico Won’t Do Its Job on Drugs, We Will, Trump Says

Washington, D.C. — President Donald Trump declared that if Mexican authorities “won’t do the job, we will,” during a White House speech marking Mother’s Day.

“Drug entry by sea has decreased 97 percent, and now we have launched the ground force, which is much easier. You’ll hear some complaints from some people in Mexico and elsewhere, but if they won’t do the job, we will,” Trump said.
