Cozumel, the largest island in Quintana Roo, is gearing up to host two significant sporting events. The first event, Ironman Cozumel 70.3, is scheduled for September 22. This challenging event will see triathletes from around the globe competing in a series of activities including swimming through the island's stunning reefs, cycling along the beach, and running.
Just six days later, Cozumel will welcome athletes from across Mexico and beyond for the Astri Cozumel 2024 Triathlon. This annual event has become a tradition for many athletes who mark their calendars each year to participate. The competition continues to grow in popularity, attracting participants from numerous cities and countries.
