Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Quintana Roo — A taxi driver allegedly urinated outside a private residence in this town, with photos of the incident circulating online and prompting calls for authorities to take action.
The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon on 40th Street near the Villas del Bosque neighborhood. The homeowner photographed the driver, who operates taxi number 413 and is reportedly a member of the Francisco May taxi union, in the act.
Residents of the home expressed outrage, calling the behavior disrespectful and uncivil. They urged officials to address the matter.
Photos shared on social media drew widespread condemnation from local residents, who demanded penalties to prevent such acts.
Neither the taxi union nor mobility authorities have commented on the case.
