Chilean Singer Vero Garay Releases Mother’s Day Tribute ‘Sangre de tu Sangre’

Single cover for Vero Garay's song Sangre de tu Sangre

Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — Chilean singer-songwriter Vero Garay, based in Playa del Carmen, has released her new single “Sangre de tu Sangre,” a song dedicated to the bond between mothers and children, launched ahead of Mother’s Day.

The track is part of her upcoming album Mujer Que Vuelve Cantando, a binational production reflecting her career between Mexico and Chile. It is now available on streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.

With over 20 years in the music industry, Garay blends folk and lyrical singing styles, drawing on her training as a music therapist and educator to create emotionally charged work.

“I wanted to give a song that would embrace the hearts of mothers and also of children. It’s a very intimate song, made from love,” the artist said.

Based in the Riviera Maya, Garay has performed across the Americas and Europe, including at Santiago de Chile’s Teatro Oriente and cultural venues in Italy and Mexico.

The album Mujer Que Vuelve Cantando will feature nine tracks aiming to build a cultural bridge between Chile and Mexico through a narrative rich in identity and sensitivity.

Garay also wrote the official anthem for Puerto Aventuras and has collaborated with Chilean consulates in various countries.
