Cancún, Quintana Roo — Cancún will add a new event to its culinary calendar with the first edition of Festa Della Pizza, a festival featuring local restaurants, Italian cuisine, and recreational activities from July 31 to August 2 at Malecón Tajamar.

Municipal Tourism Secretary Juan Pablo de Zulueta said the event is organized in coordination with Naples, Cancún’s sister city, to strengthen the destination’s tourism and gastronomic offerings while creating spaces for residents and visitors to gather.

Over three days, attendees can participate in a contest to choose the best pizza, enjoy live music, freestyle shows, a children’s area, and various family-friendly activities. Events start daily at 5:00 p.m.

The Municipal Tourism Department expects up to 80 establishments to participate, promoting local gastronomy and providing a platform for restaurants operating in Cancún.

Authorities invited the public to check the full schedule of activities and tourist events on the allyoucancun.com platform, which also promotes other cultural and gastronomic experiences in the destination.
