Tulum, Quintana Roo — Organizers have released the official program for the Tulum Air Show 2026, a free four-day event featuring aerial displays, aviation fairs, and a NASCAR race, set to take place from April 23 to 26.
The event will kick off on April 23 and 24 with aviation safety conferences and specialized fairs at Air Base Number 12 and the Mundo Maya Tulum Hotel, focusing on aviation industry topics and positioning the municipality as an international event hub.
On Saturday, April 25, activities will center at the Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport, including aerial exhibitions by the Mexican Air Force’s “Águilas Aztecas” and the “Guerreros Águila” parachutists, followed by a NASCAR Mexico Series race in the late afternoon and evening.
The air show moves to the beaches of Jaguar Park and the archaeological zone on Sunday, April 26, with demonstrations over the Caribbean Sea, concluding again with the NASCAR competition at the airport, blending tourism, sports, and entertainment.
Logistically, officials announced that the air base will not have parking, so attendees must use designated spaces in Zamna and Aldea Tulum, with public transport routes and intermodal connections recommended for easier access.
Authorities advised attendees to bring sunscreen, hydration, umbrellas, and folding chairs, while prohibiting pets, weapons, alcohol, bicycles, skates, drones, and escorts to ensure safety.
