Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — Four years after Michelle Viviana Segovia Andres disappeared, the Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office announced a reward Wednesday for anyone who provides information leading to her whereabouts.

The measure is part of efforts to intensify the search for the young woman, who has not been seen since April 2022. She was last spotted in the Riviera Maya, where she lived and worked.

Since her disappearance, family members, advocacy groups, and authorities have pursued multiple lines of investigation, but no conclusive evidence has emerged about what happened to her or where she might be.

Her mother has led numerous appeals to government agencies over the years and participated in search efforts and awareness campaigns, hoping for any clue about her daughter.

To aid identification, authorities described Michelle as having fair skin and light brown hair, with two distinctive tattoos: a dreamcatcher on one leg and a scorpion on her left forearm.

Officials urged the public to come forward with any information that could assist the investigation.
