Cancun, Quintana Roo — Hyatt has announced the reopening of Hyatt Zilara Cancun, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in the heart of Cancun’s hotel zone, following a comprehensive renovation.
The 310-suite property, situated between the tranquil Nichupte Lagoon and the turquoise Caribbean Sea, has been redesigned with natural textures and warm tones inspired by the local landscape of mangroves, reefs, flora and fauna. The renovations pay homage to the natural beauty and culture of the Yucatan Peninsula, offering guests a balance of sophistication and nature.
“We are delighted to share the debut of the new enhancements at Hyatt Zilara Cancun after a transformation that elevates the guest experience,” said Eduardo Rojas, general manager of Hyatt Zilara Cancun. “These renovations combine contemporary luxury with local character, offering guests and members a deeper connection to a destination they know and love.”
All suites have been redesigned with natural textures and warm tones that highlight the region’s environment. Inspired by the balance between land and water, the suites feature expansive views of the Caribbean Sea, locally inspired artwork and artisanal details aimed at relaxation.
All public areas have been renovated, and the resort’s 12 dining venues have been reinvented with new designs, updated menus and more sophisticated offerings. The renovated Zen Spa provides a transformative experience based on the philosophy of balance.
