Get Tested Now! Free HIV Testing Drive in Solidarity

The Health Secretariat, in collaboration with the Primary Care Centers of Solidaridad and the Municipal DIF, is offering free HIV tests to the residents of Solidarity. This initiative is part of a larger effort to maintain the health and wellbeing of the community.

The CAPS, located in Colosio, 28 de Julio, Villas del Sol, El Petén, and the Puerto Aventuras municipality, are providing these free tests from 7:00 to 21:00 hours. Additionally, the Municipal DIF System and a mobile health unit that travels to various communities in the municipality are also offering these tests.

It has been established that the most effective measures to prevent the spread of HIV are rapid testing and the use of condoms. Both male and female condoms are available at the five Primary Care Centers and the DIF. This initiative encourages residents to take advantage of these resources to protect themselves and their community.
