José María Morelos, Quintana Roo — The Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office dismantled nine suspected drug stores during coordinated operations in the municipalities of José María Morelos and Benito Juárez.

Working alongside the Mexican Army, Navy, and state and municipal police, authorities executed nine search warrants at properties where they seized various drugs and evidence related to drug dealing offenses.

The first raid took place on Calle 14C in the Sin Nombre neighborhood of the Dziuché community. Officers seized bags of dry plant matter resembling marijuana and pink crystalline material.

At a second property on Calle Huay Max, also in Sin Nombre, authorities found a set of Quintana Roo license plates, crystalline material, and dry plant matter.

A third operation on Calle 33 yielded green and dry vegetation, official documents, and a surveillance camera.

Another raid on Calle Cobá uncovered dry plant matter and white powder resembling cocaine.

Three additional properties on Calle 66 Tihosuco were searched, where green and dry vegetation was also seized.

In Benito Juárez, authorities raided a home on Calle 121 in Supermanzana 96, finding green and dry plant matter. The ninth search warrant was executed on Calle 3 in Supermanzana 208, in the Monte Real subdivision, where similar vegetation was secured.

After completing the operations, the prosecutor’s office placed seals on all nine properties. All evidence was turned over to the Public Ministry to be incorporated into the investigation files.
