QUINTANA ROO, Mexico — Quintana Roo Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa announced that strict vigilance is being maintained in the state due to an increased probability of cyclonic formation in the Atlantic Ocean. A low-pressure system is forecast to develop off the western coast of Africa, with its potential for development over the next seven days increasing to a 30 percent chance of evolution.
