Topping the ranking is Los Panchos, a Mexico City institution founded in 1945 by Michoacán natives Francisco Chischistz and Carolina Rodríguez. Located at Tolstoi 9 in the Anzures neighborhood of Miguel Hidalgo, the restaurant has preserved its family-run tradition and authentic recipe for nearly 80 years, earning acclaim from both local and international diners.
