Cancún, Quintana Roo — Quintana Roo state officials unveiled a package of digital tools at a national meeting Thursday, designed to increase transparency, speed up citizen services, and strengthen anti-corruption efforts.
The state’s Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat (SABGOB) presented the Digital Core of Government platform, which securely connects systems across different agencies to share information without duplicating databases and improve public service delivery.
Among the tools showcased was a system that accelerates reporting of potential corruption acts. It uses QR codes to identify the public servant involved and automatically links the data to the Denuncia Quintana Roo platform, reducing response and investigation times.
The Quintana Roo delegation also demonstrated SIAGROPESCA, a platform that manages applications and follow-ups for agricultural, fisheries and aquaculture support, and SESCIQROO, which evaluates and monitors internal controls of public institutions to identify areas for improvement and strengthen accountability.
These solutions were presented during the LXXVI National Meeting of the Permanent Commission of State-Federation Comptrollerships, where representatives from state oversight bodies and the federal government exchanged experiences on government innovation, auditing and transparency.
