Playa del Carmen — The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) has announced that it will carry out maintenance work on the electrical grid this Friday, October 24, with the goal of improving service quality in various zones of the state.
According to the official statement, the work will be performed in the towns of Calotmul, Chemuyil, Puerto Aventuras, and Playa del Carmen, with a temporary interruption of the electricity supply scheduled between 07:00 and 15:00 hours (Central Time).
Service to Be Temporarily Interrupted
The CFE specified that these outages are being conducted for safety reasons, affirming that service will be restored as quickly as possible.

Furthermore, it exhorted users to take the necessary measures to avoid disruptions to their daily activities.
Finally, the federal agency thanked the public for their understanding and reiterated its commitment to strengthening electrical infrastructure to guarantee reliable and quality service in the region.
