Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — A woman was seriously injured after losing control of her motorcycle and being thrown onto the pavement in the Villas del Sol neighborhood.
The accident occurred at the fifth park on Calle Gansos. According to witnesses, the woman was speeding when she struck a curb, lost control, and was ejected from the motorcycle, landing hard on the asphalt.
Bystanders immediately called for help. Red Cross paramedics arrived minutes later, stabilized the woman, and transported her to a hospital for further medical treatment.
