Cancun, Quintana Roo — A video circulating on social media shows a female employee of the Moon Palace The Grand Cancun hotel attacking guests with utensils from the cafeteria where she works, including throwing knives.

The woman apparently had a rage episode that escalated into aggression against people and guests at the scene. The reasons for the extreme outburst remain unknown.

According to information shared on social media, the incident began with an argument with a guest, triggering a violent rage that alarmed and frightened those present.

Security personnel failed to contain the situation and did not act immediately, merely watching as the employee continued to attack and throw everything in her path.

The enraged woman threw food, milk cartons, parts of coffee machines, furniture from the counter, and even knives. As of this publication, the hotel had not issued any statement.
