Mamitas Beach Club, a popular destination in Playa del Carmen, is set to be replaced by Zonna, a high-end condominium complex. The project is being overseen by the renowned architectural firm, Sordo Madaleno Architects.
Zonna Beachfront Residences will offer a range of luxury accommodations, with prices starting at $488,000 for a one-bedroom condominium. Two-bedroom residences will be available for $749,000, three-bedroom units for $1.091 million, and penthouses for $1.222 million.
The condominium complex will feature a variety of amenities including covered parking, a spa, pool, jacuzzi, terrace, kids club, business center, sports bar, gym, cinema, controlled access, and a beauty salon. The property will also boast 200 meters of beachfront.
Those interested in purchasing a unit at Zonna can reach out to the developer for more information. The project is expected to be completed by 2028.
Mamitas Beach Club was one of Mexico's most renowned beach clubs, hosting events such as the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival and performances by top global DJs. However, recent events, including the public execution of its manager and significant erosion damage, have led to its decline.
