Isla Mujeres Invites Visitors to Explore Hacienda Mundaca Park This Summer

Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo — The Isla Mujeres government is encouraging residents and tourists to visit Hacienda Mundaca Park during the summer vacation period, highlighting its historical and natural attractions.

Mayor Atenea Gómez Ricalde invited families and visitors to explore the park, which is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The site offers a safe environment for outdoor activities surrounded by nature and history.

Viewing Tower and Nature Among Main Attractions

One of the park’s highlights is the viewing tower, where visitors can take in the area’s natural beauty and observe various bird species in their habitat. The park also features trails lined with vegetation, sculptures, and photo-friendly spots, making it appealing for families and tourists interested in Isla Mujeres’ heritage.

A Space That Boosts Tourism and Family Time

With the rehabilitation of Hacienda Mundaca Park, the municipal government aims to strengthen the destination’s tourism, cultural, and recreational offerings while promoting historical preservation, sustainable tourism, and family togetherness.

Authorities reiterated the invitation for residents and visitors to take advantage of the summer break to discover or rediscover this emblematic space, considered one of Isla Mujeres’ key cultural attractions.
