Workers from Terminals 3 and 4 engaged in a physical altercation, exchanging blows and shoves in full view of dozens of national and international tourists.

Cristina Torres, Secretary of Government for Quintana Roo, announced that an airport security meeting would be held Monday to review the incident. Torres emphasized that while an official report has not yet been issued, the administration maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward impunity and will take appropriate action.

She stated that those found responsible could face sanctions within the airport, including the suspension or revocation of licenses and permits, in accordance with established procedures.
