Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — The international real estate brand Coldwell Banker has strengthened its presence in Mexico with the opening of its new office, Coldwell Banker Bloom, located in Playa del Carmen. The project is led by Cinthia González, a marketing graduate with over two decades of experience in the real estate sector.
"I have had an office in Mexico City for over 10 years, and after speaking with the director of Coldwell Banker Mexico about opening a location in Playa del Carmen, we decided to bring the brand to the Riviera Maya. That is how Coldwell Banker Bloom was born," explained González during the inauguration of the facilities on November 6.
The businesswoman highlighted the strategic importance of the real estate market in the region. "The Riviera Maya concentrates more than 70 percent of the new real estate supply in the southeast of the country. It is a market with high property value appreciation and a lot of activity, one of the first choices for both national and international investors looking to acquire a second residence or invest for profitability."
The focus of the new office will be comprehensive, serving diverse client profiles. "We work with all segments, from locals looking for their first home, to national and international clients who want a vacation home, to retire here, or to invest in new developments. We handle houses, apartments, villas, and lots, for both sale and rent," she explained.
With an extensive track record in the brand, Cinthia González has developed her professional career in real estate from an early age. "Although I studied marketing, my entire professional life has been focused on real estate, customer service, and client care," she commented.
The new project begins with a team of four brokers, with plans for medium-term expansion as demand grows. Its coverage will span the entire Riviera Maya, including Tulum, Cancún, Puerto Morelos, and Puerto Aventuras.
In addition to her leadership in the sector, González is a member of Amexme, the Mexican Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Riviera Maya, highlighting the role of women who are committed to investing and generating economic development in the region.
The interviewee mentioned that those who wish to contact the new office can do so by calling 984 000 4504 or by following the official social media accounts: @CBBloomPlaya on Instagram and Facebook.
Cinthia González concluded with an invitation to learn about this new space: "The Riviera Maya is a great place to live, to invest, and to fulfill dreams."
