CANCÚN, Mexico — The Benito Juárez Municipal Government has announced a new edition of its Citizen Service Fair, titled "Cancún Nos Une" (Cancún Unites Us), scheduled to take place in the municipality in the coming days. The event will provide citizens an opportunity to complete a series of municipal procedures and access various services.
Through social media, the Municipal Government promoted the event and extended an invitation to local residents to attend at the stipulated date and time. The initiative is designed to deliver municipal services to the citizenry in a more streamlined and accessible manner.
Date, Time, and Location for the August "Cancún Nos Une" Citizen Service Fair
The "Cancún Nos Une" Citizen Service Fair is scheduled for August 28. It will be held under the dome in Super Manzana 220 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The fair will facilitate over 100 procedures and services from municipal, state, and even federal agencies.
Services offered will include:
- Discounts on driver's licenses (restrictions apply)
- Certified copies of Civil Registry documents
- Medical, nutritional, and psychological orientation
- Mobility-reduced parking permits
- Traffic violation ticket assessment
- Property tax payments
- Registration for IMSS-Bienestar healthcare
- Haircuts
- Gelish nail application
- Eyebrow grooming
- Eyelash curling
- Veterinary consultations and deworming for dogs and cats
- Diconsa mobile store food assistance program
- Job bank services
Function of the "Cancún Nos Une" Citizen Service Fair
Municipal President Ana Paty Peralta has previously stated that this service, offered by the Benito Juárez Government, was created as part of an effort to foster unity and closeness with the community. She has characterized the fair as an example of a humanist government working for the transformation of Cancún.
