Beach Palace Cancun hotel exterior after renovation

Cancun, Quintana Roo — The Beach Palace Cancun, part of The Palace Company chain, has reopened after a $60 million comprehensive renovation. The property closed on August 15, 2025, for a complete transformation and reopened on July 1, 2026, with upgraded rooms, services, and guest experiences.

“This investment represents our firm commitment to providing exceptional experiences for travelers,” said Gibrán Chapur, CEO of The Palace Company. “The new Beach Palace sets a new standard for luxury beachfront hotels, without losing the warm, family spirit that has made it a favorite among many of our visitors.”

The resort, located at kilometer 11.5 of Cancun’s hotel zone, now features 287 rooms with a fresh look after the multimillion-dollar renovation covering rooms, restaurants, pools, and common areas. Special emphasis was placed on improving family amenities, including an expanded water park with larger slides.

“We know Beach Palace holds a very special place in the hearts of many of our Palace Elite members, who return year after year,” Chapur added. “We designed this renovation taking their feedback into account, aiming to exceed their expectations and offer even more value for their loyalty.”

Situated on a spectacular white sand beach in Cancun’s hotel zone, Beach Palace has long been known for its privileged location. The resort offers easy access to upscale shopping centers, cultural attractions, and multiple entertainment options, making it an ideal base for enjoying everything Cancun has to offer.
