Playa del Carmen, Mexico — The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), Playa del Carmen Chapter, announced the tenth edition of the AMPI Real Estate Forum 2025 in a press conference held this morning. The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 2, at the Hotel Xcaret Arte.

Under the motto "Real Estate Connection: Expanding Borders," the forum positions itself as the most relevant sector event in the Riviera Maya, bringing together more than 500 professionals, investors, developers, and real estate leaders from Mexico and abroad.

A Platform for High-Level Networking and Specialized Knowledge

The event will feature master conferences, specialized panels, and high-level networking spaces, allowing attendees to explore new business opportunities, investment and financing trends, and the application of digital tools in the global real estate market.

During the press conference, Nicole Álvarez, president of AMPI Playa del Carmen, reiterated the association's commitment to the professionalization and certification of real estate advisors. "This gives certainty and confidence to clients who are interested in investing in and acquiring properties in the area," she stated.

She emphasized that this type of forum reinforces knowledge in the sector, as well as current market trends and personal and commercial interactions with companies and professionals in the field for mutual benefit.

Broadening the Scope of Participation

Vice President Nicolas Morini commented on the importance of the forum for the region, noting that it is attracting interest not only from real estate advisors. "Each year we see the participation of architects, interior designers, contractors, etc., who seek to specialize in the real estate field since they are also an important part of the design, construction, and decoration of properties," he said. "It is necessary to know market trends and client interests to satisfy the demand, which becomes more competitive every year."

The forum will feature participation from renowned speakers, including:

  • Architect Michel Rojkind, a reference in contemporary Mexican architecture and creator of iconic projects such as the Cineteca Nacional del Siglo XXI and the Mercado Roma.
  • Drew Thompson, an American strategist and entrepreneur, founder of the 19AD4 agency in New York.
  • Jorge Camarillo, a consultant and strategist in political and commercial communication and marketing, with experience in Mexico, Central, and South America.
  • Marco Mejía, CEO and co-founder of Incremental Company, an international conference speaker on innovation and change management, recognized for driving teams and organizations toward achieving their objectives with strategic vision and transformative leadership.

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend conferences and panels with international experts. The event offers recognition valid for 10 hours before SEDETUS, access to dynamics, gifts, and networking activities with more than 50 companies related to the real estate sector, which will be present in various stands.

The purpose is for attendees, primarily real estate advisors, to be able to exchange commercial relationships with the participating companies.

Tickets are now available with preferential prices until October 1, 2025, with options for the general public, strategic alliances, and AMPI members, in addition to special discounts for groups.
