Moto Fest Tulum 2026 Expected to Draw Thousands of Bikers

Tulum, Quintana Roo — Moto Fest Tulum 2026 will take place from Aug. 7 to 23, bringing together motorcyclists for group rides, concerts and related activities, with organizers expecting between 5,000 and 7,000 visitors.

Event director Pedro Lovi said between 3,000 and 4,000 riders have already registered, and he expects the final number to be higher. The goal, he said, is to approach the scale of other large national motorcycle gatherings.

The music lineup opens Aug. 8 with a local jarana performance, followed by an international Bad Bunny impersonator on Aug. 13, Omar Corona y su Norteño on Aug. 14, Chico Che Chico on Aug. 15, Carnival of Kiss on Aug. 16, influencer and singer Yeri Mua on Aug. 22, and Grupo Mojado closing the festival on Aug. 23.

The event also includes four organized rides to Akumal, Cobá, Muyil and Puerto Aventuras, with sports and recreational activities taking place before riders return to Tulum for the evening concerts.

Organizers said the festival will have a security operation with 30 private guards, an ambulance, four paramedics and cleaning staff. They also said all necessary permits have been obtained, along with a civil liability policy for 5 million pesos and insurance for the stage and the event.

Lovi said about 20 hotels have already joined the initiative — part of what organizers call the biker community — offering promotions for attendees. More hotels and restaurants are expected to sign up.

Access to the main activities will require a bracelet costing 100 pesos, which includes entry to all four concerts, the four rides, a limited-capacity campsite and a chance to win one of three motorcycles in a raffle.

Lovi said Moto Fest aims to provide a boost to Tulum’s tourism and commerce during one of the year’s slower periods, helping hotel occupancy and spending at local restaurants and shops.
