The Municipal Citizen Security Secretariat (SSCM) of Solidaridad has conducted a continuous security operation named "Orion". During this operation, two European nationals were detained at separate locations within the city.
In the first instance, in the Misión de las Flores subdivision, a Finnish man known as Hendrik “N” was taken into custody. He was found in possession of a dried herb, which had the characteristics of marijuana.
In a different part of the city, a 60-year-old Ukrainian man, Yemelian “N”, was apprehended with bags of marijuana in his vehicle.
Both individuals have been handed over to the Prosecutor's Office Specializing in Health-related Crimes.
