Playa del Carmen, Mexico — The body of a man, approximately 40 years old, was discovered hanged inside an abandoned building in the Zazil Ha neighborhood.
According to reports, a homeless person discovered the body and subsequently reported the finding to the 911 emergency number at around 8:00 PM. Elements of the Fire Department arrived at the scene but could do nothing for the man, as he no longer showed any vital signs.
Unofficial data indicates that the man had been deceased for several days, judging by the state of decomposition in which he was found. The body was ultimately removed from the area and later taken to the Forensic Medical Service, where it was admitted as an unidentified person.
