TULUM — From November 14 to 16, the second edition of the Mole Gastronomic Festival Tulum 2025 will take place, an event that promises to become one of the most important culinary gatherings in the Mexican Caribbean.
This year, the main event will be held at Plaza 26 in Aldea Zama on Saturday, November 15, starting at 4:00 in the afternoon, where national chefs and local cooks will present their best creations inspired by one of Mexico's most emblematic dishes.
Over three days, attendees will be able to enjoy a complete sensory experience that combines flavor, tradition, and art. The festival will include tastings, lectures, cultural exhibits, and dance presentations that pay homage to the country's gastronomic diversity.
On November 14 and 16, activities will extend to private venues in renowned restaurants such as Cántaro and Comal, as well as at The OG’S, where themed dinners and collaborations between guest chefs will take place.
Among the confirmed participants are renowned exponents of contemporary and traditional Mexican cuisine: Miguel Hidalgo, Eleazar Bonilla, Inés Saraid, Usiel Valladares, Carolina Noyola, Mario Rubén, Adrián Yniesta, Elio Xicum, Alan Rubio, and Mario Come Oaxaca. Each will contribute their personal touch to the different versions of mole, from the most classic recipes to innovative fusions that integrate local ingredients from the Mayan region.
The organizers invited residents and visitors to join this celebration of the National Day of Mexican Gastronomy, which seeks to position Tulum as a culinary reference in the Riviera Maya. "Mole represents our history, our roots, and the union of cultures. We want this festival to be an experience for all the senses," stated the event's promoters.
In addition to the tastings, the festival will offer spaces for local entrepreneurs and producers who wish to participate by selling food, crafts, and typical products. Those who are interested can still register by calling the number 984 211 4723.
With a mix of tradition, creativity, and talent, the Mole Gastronomic Festival Tulum 2025 aims to establish itself as a showcase where Mexican identity is celebrated through its most delicious emblem: mole.
