The State Attorney’s Office has filed a lawsuit against Miguel Ángel “N”, a taxi driver associated with Suchaa Single Union of Rental Car Drivers. He is accused of sexually abusing a teenager. A two-year preventive detention measure has been imposed on him.
Initial investigations reveal that on September 5, the victim got into a taxi on Maxuxac Avenue, intending to go home. Another passenger was already in the taxi, who was dropped off in the Proterritorio neighborhood. It is alleged that during the journey, the accused touched the young woman inappropriately. Upon reaching her destination, he is said to have exposed himself to her.
Following the complaint, the Public Ministry compiled an investigation file, gathering the necessary legal elements to request an arrest warrant against the taxi driver. The warrant was executed by the Investigation Police.
After the case was presented in court, the State Attorney’s Office presented the evidence and requested a lawsuit against Miguel Ángel “N”. He has requested the extension of the constitutional term and remains under preventive detention as a precautionary measure.
