Recognizing Excellence in Tourism
The award, introduced several weeks ago, is part of the administration’s commitment under Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa to establish a "New Agreement for Well-Being and Development in Quintana Roo." The call for submissions was shared via social media, encouraging public participation in highlighting initiatives that positively impact the state’s tourism sector.
The nomination period runs from July 11 to August 31, 2025. Eligible candidates must have implemented significant actions in environmental, economic, social, or cultural tourism development in recent months.
