Prominent Cancun Businessman Tomás Suaste Killed in Bar Attack

A well-known entertainment businessman, reportedly identified as Tomás Suaste, was killed in his bar "Chico Malo" located on Huayacán Avenue in Cancun. The attack occurred in the early hours of Thursday, leaving one dead and three others injured.

The incident happened just hours after a prison break in Cancun, marking a violent night in the city. An armed group reportedly entered the bar and opened fire. Suaste was killed instantly, while three of his companions were wounded.

Upon arrival, police and emergency personnel discovered four men with gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, Suaste had already succumbed to his injuries. The area was quickly secured by security forces.

In response to the shooting, local law enforcement agencies launched a manhunt to locate and apprehend those responsible. However, no arrests have been made at this time.

Authorities have yet to officially confirm the identities of the deceased and injured parties. Further information will be provided as the investigation continues.
