Mexico City — Promoter OCESA has canceled Pink’s concerts scheduled for April 26 and 27 at Estadio GNP Seguros, citing logistical complications from an unforeseen circumstance.
The company stated in an official announcement that the issue is unrelated to the artist, promoter, or venue. “We know how much fans were looking forward to these concerts and deeply appreciate their understanding,” OCESA said.
All tickets will be refunded, including service charges. The refund process varies by purchase method:
- Online purchases (Ticketmaster): Full refunds, including service fees, will be processed automatically to the original payment card. No additional steps are required.
- In-person purchases (Ticketmaster outlets): Buyers must return to the original point of sale with the unaltered tickets, valid ID, and original payment method. Refunds begin 48 hours after the cancellation announcement.
- Digital tickets: Refunds will be issued directly to the card used for purchase.
Refunds cover the ticket’s face value plus service and delivery fees. OCESA directed customers with questions to Ticketmaster’s official purchase policy.
