The initiative aims to strengthen the real estate sector by ensuring legal and orderly transactions for property buyers.

The newly licensed advisors underwent 90 hours of training and benefited from a 50% discount on processing fees, as stipulated by an agreement from the Secretariat of Finance and Planning (SEFIPLAN). Governor Lezama emphasized that this measure, implemented under the Fourth Transformation government, guarantees orderly growth and provides legal certainty for investors acquiring properties.

Government Commitment to Orderly Development

During the ceremony, Governor Lezama was accompanied by Verónica Lezama Espinosa, honorary president of DIF Quintana Roo; Blanca Merari Tziu, municipal president of Puerto Morelos; and José Alberto Alonso Ovando, head of SEDETUS.
