Cozumel, QRoo — The 2025 edition of GFNY Cozumel brought together hundreds of national and international cyclists this Sunday, who rode the routes of the island in one of the most emblematic competitions in the country. The event unfolded in a festive atmosphere with significant participation from amateur and professional athletes.
The overall winners were Diego Gálvez and Andrea Ramírez, who led their respective categories after completing a course marked by warm weather, high competitive levels, and the presence of thousands of spectators who gathered along the circuit.
Governor Mara Lezama highlighted the event's relevance for the sports and tourism development of the region. "My heartfelt congratulations to the winners and to all the participants. You will always be welcome in this beautiful Pueblo Mágico, where we will continue to promote world-class events to generate shared prosperity in Cozumel and throughout Quintana Roo," she stated.
GFNY Cozumel concluded positively, reaffirming its position as one of the most important cycling competitions in Mexico and an engine for the international projection of the island.
