Fire Mobilizes Emergency Services on Kabah Avenue

Elements of the Heroic Fire Department and emergency services responded after receiving the report, but upon arrival at the site, the flames had already advanced considerably.

Firefighting efforts extended for several minutes until they managed to control the situation and prevent the incident from spreading to nearby properties.

The area was cordoned off by elements of the Quintana Roo Police to facilitate rescue team operations and ensure the safety of passersby.

Neighbors reported that the fire started suddenly during the early morning, when the business was closed and inactive.

Authorities Investigate the Causes of the Fire

Despite the magnitude of the incident, authorities confirmed that no injuries or fatalities were reported.

The damage was exclusively material, and the establishment was practically reduced to ashes.

Authorities reported that investigations have already begun to determine the causes of the fire.

Personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office are conducting forensic examinations at the site, in addition to interviews and review of surveillance cameras.

Preliminarily, no line of investigation is ruled out, including the possible involvement of organized crime, so inquiries will continue to clarify whether the incident was accidental or intentional.
