Roxana Lili, a member of the National Action Party, is believed to be residing with her partner, Fernando Gama Rodríguez, in a condominium hidden in his property declaration. The condominium is located in the tourist complex of Puerto Aventuras. Rodríguez, a former magistrate, fraudulently omitted this property from his declaration while serving in his official capacity.

The property is registered in the Public Property and Commerce Registry in Solidaridad, which is accessible to the public. Rodríguez, who fraudulently secured his position as a magistrate at the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Quintana Roo, purchased a portion of Villas Talia, a multi-million peso condo complex, in 2016. The property, located at 102 Bahía Akumal street in the tourist complex of Puerto Aventuras, is registered under Rodríguez's name.

The condominium was acquired from a trust in which BBVA Bancomer Services acted as trustee from March 1, 2016. The public deed was drafted by Jorge Parra Moguel, Public Notary 78, who is married to the current Morena senator Marybel Villegas Canché.

The property is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Riviera Maya, where Roxana Lili, the National Action Party Mayor, also resides. However, little is known about this property as Rodríguez, the deceitful former magistrate, never disclosed it during his tenure as a public servant.

In the 2021 property declaration registry submitted by the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Quintana Roo, Rodríguez invoked Article 15 of the Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obligated Subjects for the State of Quintana Roo. This law allows for omissions in the declaration in exceptional cases related to minors or endangering public servants’ assets. However, Rodríguez does not fit these circumstances as he lives in a secure, privately monitored area and is not a minor or in a vulnerable situation.

Currently, Rodríguez is believed to be assisting Roxana Lili with her legal protection, despite holding the position of notary office 103, which prohibits him from operating as a private lawyer. Rodríguez has held two significant positions granted by the Mexican State, both of which he attained through deceit: the magistracy and the notary office.

Roxana Lili's ex-husband, Pedro Escobedo Vázquez, served as treasurer of Solidaridad thanks to the National Action Party mayor. During his tenure, Escobedo purchased a multi-million property which he did not disclose, contradicting the property statement he submitted in October 2023 after resigning from public office. In that report, Escobedo claimed to own four houses, which he had purchased over the last 15 years at prices near a million pesos. However, public records contradict his claim, showing that he acquired another house while he was treasurer.
