Cancún, Quintana Roo — Family and friends of Ofir Real Robles, a 22-year-old originally from Mexico City, have expressed growing concern after losing all contact with him approximately two months ago.

According to testimonies from close acquaintances, the young man worked as a ferry operator for the shipping company Ultramar, based in Puerto Juárez.

The information provided by acquaintances indicates that the last time his whereabouts were known was when he headed toward La Amada marina, located in the continental zone of Isla Mujeres.

Since that moment, the worker’s trail has been completely lost, which has generated an intense search through social media to try to obtain any clue that might help locate him.

Despite the time that has passed, it has emerged that Ofir’s parents do not reside in Cancún, which has complicated the legal process following his absence.

To this day, no formal complaint has been filed with the State Attorney General’s Office, an indispensable requirement for authorities to officially initiate the relevant search and location protocols.

A call is made to the community and his former coworkers so that, if they have information that could help establish his location or understand the circumstances of his disappearance, they contact his loved ones.

The situation keeps his friends on edge, who hope that by spreading awareness of this case, his whereabouts will soon be found.
