Cancún, Quintana Roo — State prosecutors have recovered “La Consentida,” a boat reported stolen from a dock in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, according to preliminary information.
The theft was reported to the Regional Port Captaincy in Puerto Juárez on Aug. 19 after unauthorized individuals allegedly took the vessel from a dock at kilometer 11.5 of Kukulcán Boulevard.
The boat is a 2011 Four Winns H310.
Authorities have not disclosed where the boat was found or whether anyone has been arrested in connection with the theft.
A convoy of Ministerial Police officers was seen traveling along Diagonal Tulum Avenue, leaving Laguna Manatí, heading toward the State Prosecutor’s Office headquarters in downtown Cancún.
