Tulum, Quintana Roo – The Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Quintana Roo has activated a search warrant to locate Josué Hernández Tapia, a 44-year-old man reported missing in the municipality of Tulum.
According to official information, the complaint was filed on January 10, 2026, after relatives lost contact with him and had no information about his whereabouts since the previous day.
Josué Hernández Tapia is of Mexican nationality. He has dark skin, a slim build, and black eyes. He measures approximately 1.72 meters tall and weighs about 70 kilograms. His hair is black, straight, and short, and he has no distinguishing marks.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a plain black t-shirt, black pants, and black sneakers, according to the report issued by the ministerial authority.
The FGE requested public support to provide any information that could lead to his prompt location. In case of relevant information, people are asked to call (998) 881 7150, extension 2130, or write to the email unidad.desaparecidos.zn@fgeqroo.gob.mx.
Additionally, the Búsqueda QRoo platform is enabled to receive citizen reports.
The authorities reported that they continue with the corresponding procedures. Furthermore, they reiterated the call to the population to collaborate with information that helps locate the missing person.
