CHETUMAL — The Secretariat of Finance and Planning (SEFIPLAN) has announced the execution of the 2nd In-Person, Hammer-Style Public Auction of Vehicles, property of the Government of the State of Quintana Roo. The event offers citizens an opportunity to acquire disused automobiles through a transparent and open process.
According to the official announcement, interested parties may consult the terms and conditions, the vehicle catalog, and all necessary information through the official website: sefiplan.qroo.gob.mx/subasta-qroo.
The inspection of the assets will be carried out at various locations in the municipalities of Othón P. Blanco, Isla Mujeres, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Bacalar. The receipt of sealed bids, acquisition of guarantees, and the bidders' meeting will take place in the Bellavista Hall of the Centro Social Andrés Quintana Roo in Chetumal.
The process includes stages for online registration, document verification, the submission of guarantees, and finally the auction itself, which is scheduled to be held on October 15, 2025.
SEFIPLAN underscored that this initiative promotes government accountability and allows for the utilization of state assets for the benefit of the citizenry.
