Cozumel to Host 5th Mexican Caribbean Gastronomic Festival in 2026

Cozumel, Quintana Roo — Under the slogan “Saberes y Raíces” (Knowledge and Roots), the Quintana Roo Tourism Secretariat invites experts and enthusiasts to participate in this gathering that celebrates the state’s culinary richness in February 2026.

With the goal of strengthening culinary identity and promoting the richness of regional products, the distinctive “Con Sabor Caribe Mexicano” (With Mexican Caribbean Flavor) has officially presented the details of the call for the 5th Mexican Caribbean Gastronomic Festival. This event, which has established itself as one of the most important in the sector in southeastern Mexico, will be held on the emblematic Island of Cozumel during February 2026.

The organization, led by SEDETUR (the Tourism Secretariat) and the Quintana Roo Gastronomy Promotion Committee, seeks to integrate the various actors of the food value chain in a specialized pavilion called “Saberes y Raíces.”
