Moto Fest Tulum 2026 Starts Aug. 13 With Rides and Music

Tulum, Quintana Roo — Tulum’s Summer Fair will return Aug. 10-23, 2026, with the motorcycle-focused Moto Fest Tulum 2026 scheduled for Aug. 13-16 as its main event. Organizers expect between 5,000 and 7,000 visitors over the 16-day fair, including an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 motorcyclists from other states.

The festival aims to boost business for hotels and restaurants during a period that typically sees low visitor numbers. Activities will center on Avenida 10, where four guided motorcycle routes will showcase local landmarks: Akumal’s turtle beaches, the archaeological ruins of Cobá and Muyil, the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, and the coastal town of Puerto Aventuras.

The routes will alternate with sports and recreational activities and live performances in the afternoons and evenings.

• Aug. 16: Kiss Carnival stage show
• Aug. 22: Influencer and singer Yeri Mua
• Aug. 23: Grupo Mojado

The Aug. 22 and 23 concerts are scheduled after the group motorcycle departures, giving non-riders an extra reason to attend.

Entry pass and amenities

Admission to the main Moto Fest activities requires a wristband costing 100 Mexican pesos. The pass covers access to the concerts, the four routes, entry into a raffle for three motorcycles, and use of a limited-capacity camping area. Out-of-state riders are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and meals.

Around 20 hotels are offering special rates for festival attendees, while restaurants and local shops are preparing for the expected rush. The fair will also include commercial stands and shared spaces for motorcyclists and the general public.

Organizers are inviting attendees to share their experiences and preferences on the fair’s social media channels, and say the event’s success will depend on participation from riders and visitors.
