Tulum, Quintana Roo — The federal government has published official entry fees for Parque del Jaguar (Jaguar Park), Tulum National Park and the Tulum Archaeological Zone, along with conditions for free admission.
As previously announced by Tourism Secretary Josefina Rodríguez Zamora, entry to Jaguar Park will be free for Mexican citizens. Foreign visitors will pay 100 pesos (about $5.50).
A single ticket grants access to both Tulum National Park and the Tulum Archaeological Zone. Mexicans will pay 80 pesos from Monday to Saturday, while foreigners will pay 165 pesos.
Residents of Tulum municipality can enter these areas for free. Free admission also applies to minors, seniors, people with disabilities, pensioners, retirees, students, teachers and accredited tour guides, provided they meet the established requirements.
Indigenous communities from nearby municipalities, as well as certain workers, transporters and permanent residents of protected natural areas, are also exempt from fees.
On Sundays, Mexicans can enter Tulum National Park for free. Mexican citizens and foreign residents of Mexico can also visit the Tulum Archaeological Zone free of charge on Sundays.
The new rates take effect July 20, 2026.
