Based on evidence gathered during the process, the federal prosecutor presented the case elements before a control judge in an oral trial, who ultimately issued the guilty verdict.
As a result, the man must serve a four-year prison sentence and pay a fine equivalent to 100 Units of Measurement and Updating (UMA) for the committed crime.
The judicial authority issued the resolution after establishing the accused’s responsibility for illegally carrying the firearm.
