Man Accused of Indecent Exposure and Harassment in Cancun’s Region 260

Cancun, Quintana Roo — A man identified only as Miguel has been accused of indecent exposure and harassment in Cancun’s Region 260, after surveillance footage showed him walking in his underwear and fully naked outside the home of several women.

The victims told authorities that the behavior has been ongoing for some time, prompting them to install security cameras. However, instead of deterring the suspect, the cameras appear to have encouraged him to perform for them, the women said.

The footage, which circulated on social media, captures the man on multiple occasions during the early morning hours of Monday, June 1. The women have submitted the video to the Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office (FGE), which has opened investigation file FGE/QROO/CAN/FEDCLSLYPD/06/683/2026.

Despite the case being under investigation, authorities have asked the victims for the suspect’s full name to proceed with charges. The women say they do not know his full name, as they have no relationship with him — he lives alone and no one in the neighborhood has his personal information.

The victims fear for their safety, calling the man a danger to them and other women in the area. Similar cases of indecent exposure have been reported in Cancun before, including one involving a municipal police officer.
